Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Made-to-Order Products
Please note: All Knitties are handmade to order. Because of the care and craftsmanship involved, they may take up to 2 weeks to be completed and prepared for shipping. We appreciate your patience as we create each pair with love and detail.
Shipping Options
We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States. Below is a breakdown of our available shipping options:
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 9 business days
- $10 for orders $74.99 or less
- FREE for orders $75.00 and up
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
- $20 for orders $74.99 or less
- $25 for orders $75.00 and up
United States
- Standard Shipping: 4 to 8 business days
- $15 for orders $74.99 or less
- $5 for orders $75.00 and up
- Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
- $25 for orders $74.99 or less
- $30 for orders $75.00 and up
Lost of Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.
